What do we believe in

In Sanfora we believe that we all develop and become better persons within the communities in which we interact. We believe that participating in training and development programs is a privilege that we should embrace in order to learn and become better persons. This is one of the most significant experiences in life.

Marika Ronthy (SWEDEN)

Marika is founder of Amfora Samtal & Ledarskap and author of several books on leadership and the dialogue. She has developed the thinking model Komfortgränsen®, and works with domestic and international companies as a coach and trainer.

Alejandro Valadez (MEXICO)

Alejandro is founder of Sanpedro Consultores. Alejandro works with domestic and international companies as a coach and trainer. He has also worked as Director for Organizational Development in ALFA.

Bino Catasús (SWEDEN)

Bino is professor at the School of Business, University of Stockholm and innovator regarding measuring the intangibles.

Héctor Cabrera (MEXICO)

Héctor has designed and facilitated programs for UNESCO, OEA, SEP as well as different companies and universities in Latin America. Hector was founder and partner of the World Future Society. In 2006, he received the national award “José Vasconcelos” for his significant contributions to education in Mexico.

Leif Edvinsson (SWEDEN)

Leif best known as the first Chief Knowledge Officer in the world as he served as Corporate Director for Intellectual Capital, Skandia AFS and architect of the Skandia Future Centre. He currently serves as Professor of Intellectual Capital, University of Lund, and the founder and CEO of UNIC.

Hilda Gonzalez (MEXICO)

Hilda is a consultant and facilitator in leadership development and team building processes. She has worked with companies in Mexico as well as in the United States.

Javier Huesca (MEXICO)

Javier coordinated the development program at Coparmex Nuevo Leon for more than 10 years. His main areas of expertise are leadership training, organizational culture, and social responsibility.

Teresa Bortoni (MEXICO)

Teresa worked for several years as coordinator at the UdeM for their Centro de Liderazgo y Desafío ¡Lánzate! She is a group dynamic facilitator and trainer in leadership development and high performance teams.

Daniela Febre (MEXICO)

Daniela is a leadership trainer and certified to apply the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She has worked with executives in Singapore, Canada, USA, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina as well as leaders from different parts of Europe, Asia and Africa.

Jorge Díaz (MEXICO)

Jorge has specialized in organizational development and leadership training. He has also helped many organizations with Team Buildings.
